Q Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different styles of approaching conflict. Which approach do you use? Give an example of why you used this approach.
Among the different I found collaborating is the best as it enables the conflict manager and both sides to have a mutual understanding. I personally believe that it has the capability of solving different types of conflicts.
